Whitney White and her daughter, Emily, were standing by Dolly's tour bus following her honorary doctorate ceremony at the University of Tennessee Knoxville when Steve Summers asked the little girl if she'd like to have a photo with Dolly. Before heading inside for her press conference, Dolly hugged both mom and daughter, doting on the little girl and posing for a photo. “She really does have nice people working with her.  We have tried for years to meet her and our dreams came true on Friday.  She was the angel that I had always imagined,” mom says.
